Holding a shield and a spear whilst riding a horse, mystical animal of the Dogon culture, it has always been stored inside a glass showcase.
MATERIAL:
African bronze, lost-wax casting process, brownish patina.
PROVENANCE:
Private collection, originally crafted by hand in Mali (collected in situ).
